1) RESERVATION
To be registered, any reservation contract must be accompanied by a payment of 30% of the amount of the stay as a deposit. The payment should be made payable to: S.A.R.L. Camping Eliana. Upon receipt of the booking contract signed and accompanied by the deposit payment, you will be sent a confirmation of booking. Knowing that the sending of this reservation contract does not constitute a commitment on our part in the event that another reservation is confirmed before yours, in which case the check will be refunded to you immediately.
2) CONTRACT
The contract is nominative and can under no circumstances be transferred or leased, even in part. Any change to the booking contract that may result in a change in the amount must be reported upon arrival. In case of incorrect declaration of the tenant, this contract will be canceled by right and the sum paid will remain at the campsite.
3) DELAYED ARRIVALS / EARLY DEPARTURES
You must notify us of any delay in your arrival, in order to keep your reservation. With no news from you, the management reserves the right to dispose of the rental the next day at noon. No reduction will be granted in the case of delayed arrival or early departure for whatever reason.
4) PAYMENT OF THE RENTAL
The entire stay and a deposit of 200 € are payable the day of your arrival. The deposit check will be destroyed at the end of the stay for any rental in perfect condition. Each rental is subject to a quantified inventory, the tenant is required to check it on arrival and to report to the reception any anomaly. Any loss or damage would result in compensation.
5) PAYMENT OF THE PITCH
Pitches: In low season , the balance of the stay must be paid the day before the departure of the campsite and in high season the balance of the stay must be paid the day of arrival at the campsite.
6) CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation of the stay, you must pay: more than 30 days before your arrival: 30% of the total cost of the stay; less than 30 days before the date of arrival: the entire stay. 7) RULES
The client agrees to respect the rules of the camping available at the reception or on request. It is up to the tenant to ensure for their vehicle on the one hand, and for their civil liability on the other hand. The Eliana campsite disclaims all liability in the event of theft or damage to the personal belongings and vehicles of tenants irrespective of their origin, fire and incident of liability to the client.
